Hi Vishen,
I wanted to thank you for your amazing book on the Six Phases of Meditation. I will be honest until recently I knew nothing about you and your work. 

One fine day I was looking for a podcast while doing my cardio and I came across your podcast with Jay Shetty on the 6 phases of meditation. I have always been spiritually inclined and look for ways to develop and grow. 
After hearing the podcast I purchased your book and read every page attentively and also did the mediations available on the app. You have a healing voice and I really enjoy meditating and listening to you. 
I hope I continue to grow and better myself in all aspects of my life and practice the 6 phase meditation regularly. Thank you and may you continue to spread love and light everywhere you go.
